Landlords pt. I
Good Morning Morleigh Inc.
My name is Alexander P. Castillo, and I have a few questions and concerns I would like to address before I consider signing this lease. I’ve clocked a few red flags and just wanted to go over them together.
This past year has been horrible and I don’t think its justified to charge me $950 a month when this particular apartment was supposed to match the one upstairs, get gutted and renovated and doesn’t match in quality, but was quickly moved in at market value during lockdown where the price point was $825 I also see that your paperwork hasn’t been updated since then, seeing as you have charges for folding panel doors and haven’t had them here in over 5 years.
The office was supposed to send someone out to watch me sign the lease back in June since I didn’t see any receipts or emails in my history about a lease. No one called or touched base directly and I was forced to default to a month-to-month lease without being informed or asked if that’s what I wanted via phone call as I have learning disabilities and ADHD. I asked for a refund and was told "No, we can’t". Cliff told me to wait on paying my bill, and now I am a bill short, on top of that. Seeing as I have a good record signing leases on time, and I help fill apartments in two of your buildings, I feel like I'm being neglected hustled and/or squeezed out.
Now, I am being informed that all the weight of this entire situation, that starts with the office, lands squarely on the function of my tenancy while you are concurrently advocating for my eviction for a month-to-month, I’ve done nothing wrong when the function of order of operations lands on the office and their arguing semantics just to cut corners and costs. But I am being held liable for my own status on whether or not I can pay a bunch of extra fees when no one is communicating why. There are laws that protect my status as a tenant from these types of actions, and I believe this is starting to look a bit exploitative to the bar.
Also, I want to make sure things stay kosher since I am under the assumption that you are working with Metronet and I have some concerns about their cyber security as well. Both my needs physically and intellectually need to stay protected.
Over the last lease, there have been a few different cyber security breaches, that I want to make sure get creased out. This has become an INTERNATIONAL PROBLEM as my social security has been leaked out onto the darkweb by Russian malware on your service with your VPNs, drilled to your walls, in your building, during my stay. This has raised several alarms as to why I may need to make sure you guys get this problem taken care of before I sign the lease. I don't know who I can trust. It’s become a security issue for the entire apartment complex and Metronet. If you just signed a contract with them this could be bad publicity for anyone involved. People won’t want your Metronet deal. They could even avoid moving here completely if this information were to get out.
Seeing as my personal information has been jeopardized on yours and the states plot of land, I need you guys to take this seriously, as well as any user error during these negotiations. This has become an INTERNATIONAL CRISIS, now that the Russians have access to a Hawaiian ambassadors social security through your servers onto the darkweb. If anything physically happens to me on your property because of this my security would be at the discretion of weather or not your locks do the job. Seeing as when I sign the lease I also sign over certain intellectual property over to your physical property. I need to know I have peace of mind and that I am safe here.
With as many times as people bring up packages missing you would think it would be obvious that this building needs doorbells. A problem I have also been trying to address with this property and the city for over four years. Its really more of a security risk at this point, I’ve brought this up many times and it always get written off.
I would also like you guys to consider taking an audit of your company's expenses history to make sure my tribal status stays clean as well. I am the first Native Hawaiian born here on Michigan soil and therefore an ambassador for my tribe.
I would like you to consider your company and the city to run a few audits from when this building was built and/or co-opted by your company, to prove you and the city aren't working together to launder any tribal funds back through any tribal casinos, whether or not you and the city should have filed for bankruptcy AND weather or not you both did.
Also, because I am of tribal decent I am also a working shaman, this is important because shamans help mediate between life and death, now would be a good time to come clean about how many deaths have occurred on and off record in this building. My tribe will be upset if I’m communicating to any potential spirits from other tribes without consent.
AND
If I’m evicted with out knowing those spirits could follow me from your land to mine with out consent.
I have had to deal with a few exorcisms while on the premises and was forced to do native rituals on and around your plot making it now native land.
I am also asking, for transparency here as well.
I reported a potential assault around the premises last year and not a lot was done about it. This leads me to believe that my issues being diminished here and that I don’t need accurate representation as an ally for LGBT+ for my stay while at your residences.
Quality of living, along with any intellectual property that may or may not have been disclosed or combined with the physical property is also question due to perceived value over actual value. This is where you guys want to go hands free. But no one wants to meet me at my accommodation that are supposed to be gratis. All I’m trying to do is help and I feel the office is simply piling on fees to maintain stats quo. It looks a little selfish, seeing this is a little more than an emergency that could potentially divulge your personal information and the states. This eviction seems slightly smug and out of pocket, realistically I have reported several problems and you guys want to coast.
In Short, before I consider signing the lease, I want to make sure Metronet gets this problem addressed to keep my important intellectual property safe from any potential espionage, and I would like an audit from Fox Land Holdings LLC c/o the Morleigh inc. and the state just to make sure everything passes the bar for my tribal status. I also think you guys should let me know about the deaths on this property confidentially, those don’t just go away. And if I end up with ghosts following me from your property back to my land, that isn’t going to look good for anyone.
If the audit doesn’t pass the bar, I do have some solutions where you can leverage this building towards your debts, seeing as there are more than enough new buildings that remain completely empty and we could help you guys pay off any outstanding bank loans you or the city currently owe, I might be willing to help, with the help of my tribal status. The city needs you.
I just want to help but I need the right people to take me seriously. Seeing as this is your problem now, All I am asking is if you and city could try to take my problems as seriously as you take your $1000 Since my intellectual and physical safety was compromised on your watch and your dime. My help today could save your future. You get to decide if its paper over people.
Please consider these quandaries and feel free to submit any and all questions you may have in writing. Feel free to send the lease when you are ready.
IF FOX LANDINGS LLC C/O MORLEIGH INK. DOESN’T HELP ME OUT I WILL PRESS CHARGES.
I will be anticipating you’re response, but I would like some consideration from my terms before I help. I really want to simply clear some things the faster we get these things figured out the quicker things go back to normal.
Thank you for you time, may god smile upon you
